- Check-in: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon). If you check out later, an additional fee of COP $50,000 per hour will apply.
- Pets: YES, maximum 1.
- Events Allowed: NO
- Smoking Allowed: NO
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Additional Rules: La Martinera properties are for relaxation. Parties and loud noise are NOT allowed as they disturb the peace of other guests.
- Minors:
All minors must present their birth certificate (registro civil). According to Law 2068, Article 33, minors are NOT permitted to enter without their parents.
